The NGS separator is equipped with a string droplet eliminator, an anti-foaming nozzle and fittings necessary for entering and leaving the incoming mixture. This is an oil and gas equipment that is used to degas non-foamy oil during production and remove associated gas from it.

Oil and gas separators are used in oil fields to purify associated gas from moisture particles, aerosols, small particles for its further use as fuel. The equipment is actively used at gas distribution stations, in energy complexes, and is also used at the input, intermediate and end stages of field oil and gas treatment plants. The oil and gas separator NGS allows you to purify the gas before it is fed into the flare line for combustion in the process of oil production. Due to this, the loss of hydrocarbon raw materials is reduced, and the level of environmental pollution is reduced. One of the features of oil and gas separators is that these devices are designed to work with liquids that contain a small amount of gas. Depending on the operating conditions, the devices are produced with or without heat treatment, with or without devices for fastening thermal insulation.

Oil and gas separators are vessels with a bumper for coarse separation of the oil and gas flow, a vertical partition made of expanded metal sheets to equalize the flow rates over the cross section of the apparatus, a defoaming nozzle, a string droplet eliminator for gas purification, fittings for the inlet and outlet of separation products. In addition, the devices are equipped with shutoff valves, pressure gauges and safety valves.
